  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested suppliers for the supply of five hundred (500) reams of multi-copy paper (for 1st quarter of 2018) with the following specifications:

    Quantity : 500
    Substance : 24
    Size : 8 1/2 X 11 or 216mm X 279mm
    Thickness : 80 GSM

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 75,000.00.

  3. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of February 7, 2018 together with the following documentary requirements:
    • Mayor’s/Business Permit; and
    • PhilGEPS Registration.

  4. Pursuant to GPPB Circular No. 01-2015 dated January 30, 2015, HGC shall accept either:
    • The 2018 Mayor's/Business Permit; or
    • 2017 Mayor's/Business Permit and the Official Receipt as proof that the bidder has applied for the renewal of such permit for the year 2018. The bidder's 2018 Mayor's/Business Permit shall still be required as a condition for the processing of payment.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
